Policy reservations, advance payment and cancellations
Because we want you to have the most pleasant experience at Pension Noel in Băile Olăneşti, we want to start with the organization of the reservation activity. In order to prevent possible inconvenience, we inform you about our booking policy and cancellation of reservations made directly at the hostel or through our partners.

Booking
The reservation can be made by contacting Noel at the phone number +40730 592 411 or by email at: office@noelolanesti.ro
To guarantee a reservation, we request advance payment of 50% of the value of the stay, based on an advance invoice. The difference in the value of the stay will be paid upon arrival.
Reservations can also be made via the platform booking.com.
Reservation is possible by blocking an amount – considered an advance – from your card.
Canceling a reservation
Requesting cancellation of a reservation made via the noelolanesti.ro website can be made by phone 0730 592 411 or by e-mail at office@noelolanesti.ro.
If your booking was made through booking.com, reservation will need to be canceled via booking.com.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment is not returned, but remains valid within 12 months from the payment for the reservation of the stay in another available period.

Any complaints regarding the quality of services provided by Pension Noel in Baile Olanesti can be made to the administrator at the phone number: 0730592411.

Processing of personal data
Personal data is collected only for the proper conduct of reservations and specific accommodation, and further processing will not be incompatible with these purposes. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the rights of the data subject. Persons whose data are processed have the right to obtain, on request and free of charge, their rectification and updating, to the extent that the processing is not in compliance with Law 677/2001 or the data are incomplete or inaccurate.
